Perfect example of how a business can stand out in an Amazon dominated world!! I placed an order for a Judo uniform but made a mistake for the size. I sent out an email a couple hours later and it was answered within the first hour of the next business day. I needed further confirmation a bit later and decided to call, phone was picked up by a person, no annoying phone system to go through, I was transferred directly to the person who had answered my email earlier. Everything was taken care of , the uniform size was changed and I got the package the following day. Super efficient and super fast!! Would give 6 stars if I could . I had to call in because my credit card wasn't being accepted as a method of payment and the service was excellent. The person who helped me out set me up with an account and even went to check if there were any left in stock. The product arrived two days after and the quality is great. I'll be ordering again.
