Went for a restock on shoes for hubby and myself. We were helped by Allison who was an absolute gem. Thanks to the great sales plus additional 25% off at checkout - got 2 new pairs each. Had plenty of selection and Allison was great explaining how to order items for in-store pick up if we wanted something they were out of stock. Very happy to have spent the time to come in a shop. Will be back!

I thought I knew true love until I walked into Mark's. After a very tough day of being hungover at work all I wanted was to shoe goo for my worn down boots. After walking into the store, the lovely Allison greeted me and after telling her what I was looking for she notified me that I could exchange my boots as I was within my 100 days of the initial purchase. Allison was lovely, funny and extremely helpful and I was delighted to be helped by her. I left forgetting I was even hung over and with a huge smile on my face.

I wanted to say how much I appreciated the staffs’ help at the Fernie Mark’s on two separate occasions. I bought items on Dec. 1st and had much time consuming help with my purchases, especially with the boots. Four days later I had to return the boots because they ended up being too small at my regular size, I’m sorry. And I was again given great help to find the perfect boot with the perfect fit. IceFX. I really like them for icy days in Fernie. They are the third pair in our household. Thank you!

Our server Allison deserves 5 stars over and over. We came in for some work boots and the order my dad had a problem with shipping it before Christmas, which never came in time, she was so dedicated to the problem and made a entire strangers problem into her hands. We really admire this old fashioned service and your store should recognize this how good you are. Plus we got the gift it is finally almost resolved.
